Richard J. Mills

Richard J. Mills is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh (B.B.A. '61), and its School of Law (J.D. '66). Mr. Mills has been a trial lawyer in Pittsburgh since 1967. In 1991, he established Richard J. Mills & Associates, which in May of 1997 became Mills & Henry, a partnership. His trial practice has involved the defense in civil cases with emphasis on the trucking industry, products liability, insurance coverage, and general casualty. Mr. Mills also engages in a municipal law practice as Solicitor for the Moon Township Municipal Authority and the Moon Transportation Authority.
